The time following an auto accident is a stressful and confusing time. Let the team at Dynasty Collision relieve your stress and handle your insurance claim. Our trusted team will make sure your vehicle is returned to it’s pre-accident condition.
Do not be pressured by your insurance company to use the repair facility they suggest. You have the right to choose your own repair facility.
The insurance company will recommend a shop they will tell you is in their “network” or a “preferred” shop Otherwise known as a DRP (Direct Repair Program)
What is a DRP?
A Direct Repair Program, (aka DRP) is an agreement between an insurance company and an auto body shop to repair their insured vehicles. When an insurance agent is working with someone whose vehicle has been involved in an accident, they will give suggestions of auto body shops to their clients.
A DRP shop works directly for the insurance company. As the vehicle owner you have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle. So choose a repair facility that will work for you and not your insurance company.
Choose quality. Choose honesty.
Choose family owned. Choose Dynasty Collision.

Sometimes the initial check will be mailed directly to the insured customer in the event that happens you can simply bring the check to us. The supplemental checks will be mailed directly to the shop.
Q: Do I need to pay a deductible, and if so who should I pay it to?
